Our recruitment service is a 360° process. We like to visit your place of work, talk to your hiring managers, get a sense of the culture and understand your goals and objectives. This helps us gain a strong understanding of the job description and the talent required to fill the opportunity.

What you can expect from us

• We promise to act professionally, conscientiously, and with a mutual respect for each other.  

• We will work collaboratively with you to truly understand you, your company and your requirements. We discuss your needs in depth, preferably in a face-to-face consultation in order to truly understand your requirements.  

• We will be transparent; our terms and fees will be fully explained before we commence working on your vacancy.  

• We only charge fees on successful placements. (No placement, No fee) 

• We will provide you with a dedicated Account Manager who will be your main point of contact when dealing with us and who focuses on your specific recruitment area and geographical market. 

• We will be proactive and evolve as your business demands change so that we can continually invest in our partnership.  

• In return, all we ask of you is to be fair, open and honest and inform us if your situation changes. 

Shortlisting the best candidates

• We won't just send you CVs for your job vacancies. We source, qualify and shortlist the most suitable talent from our extensive database, sending you only the best and most relevant.  

• Company culture and fit are as important to us as to you. 

• Using our advanced search techniques, we pinpoint active candidates with profiles that best match your requirements.  

• We advertise across an extensive number of job boards, giving your role exposure to new professionals who are not yet on our database, as well as actively working the passive candidate market to ensure you get to see the best talent.  

• We interview every candidate we put forward for your role(s) in order to provide you with the best candidates.  

• We discuss your company and role with every candidate, always getting permission before sending you their CV and profile. We will send you suitable candidates or provide an effective alternative approach within 48 hours of receiving a detailed brief (F2F meeting). 

Shortlisting the best candidates (Continued)

• Interviews will be arranged with your shortlisted candidates at times and dates convenient to you. 

• Through promotion of your company and the role, you will meet professionals who are serious about your job vacancy and working for you.  

• We know our candidates, and more importantly, we know how to manage our candidates — we will brief them in full, so they attend your interview on time, and at the right location.  

• Providing insight throughout the interview process, we advise you on candidates' feedback, attitude and outlook.  

• Advise and negotiate on your behalf at offer stage to ensure you secure the most appropriate and highest quality candidates in the market. 

Post-placement follow-up

• We promise to follow through with after-placement care tailored to your needs.  

• We will contact you for updates and feedback, during which time we'll endeavour to address any issues that may have arisen.
