What does your typical work day involve?

The main aspect of my role is liaising with our Key Account clients & resolving any queries/issues that they may have, especially in relation to invoicing/aged debt & generating reports for management & clients.

What do you most love about your job?

Every day is different & the role involves many aspects of the business.  I have the best of both worlds, being both office based & meeting with clients on site.  I work with an amazing team, who are supportive & accommodating.

What key career moves did you make to get where you are today?

The biggest change was moving from the hospitality industry to office work.  This was a huge lifestyle change in addition to a change of work structure.  The next biggest change was recognising that my last job was not making me happy anymore & Celtic Careers gave me the confidence to change that.

What is your biggest challenge in your job?

The biggest challenge I face is keeping Key Account customers happy – they need to know that they are a top priority & that any query that they have is treated as such.

What advice would you give someone starting in a similar position?

As a female, working in a male orientated business, you need to learn not to take things personally!

In your opinion, why is it important to Love Your Job?

From experience, I have learned that it is so important to Love Your Job.  We “work to live”, and being unhappy in your job affects every aspect of your life.  Loving Your Job allows you to lead a fuller healthier life – mentally & physically.
