Receptionist required for a successful business in southwest Dublin
Manage front desk, where you will meet and greet Client
Assist the office with administration duties
Order stationary supplies
Record and distribute invoices as required
Printing invoices and entering delivery dockets onto system
Ideally you with have good customer services experience and at least 6 to 12 months previous reception experience.
You will need to have very good communication skills, both written and verbal and have very good IT skills
100 fluency in english is a must
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy work environment, ability to multi task.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Enthusiastic and energetic with excellent communication skills.
Salary 26K to 28K
Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
