Our client are a family company based in Rathcoole who are almost 30 years in business. Due to expansion, they have an opening for a Reception / Administrator to join the team.
There is no specific Reception area – you will instead be working in a bright and vibrant open plan office with a sociable and friendly team. You’ll need to be a multi tasker and enjoy customer services and dealing with people.
You’ll be answering phones, supporting the sales team, taking queries and orders, logging orders onto the sales system and providing general customer service. Good computer skills are needed including MS Word and MS Excel. You’ll also have to be fluent in English as you’ll be answering the phones to customers.
This position could end up being support for the field sales team – so if sales is of interest to you, then potentially this might be a great starter position for you.
Hours are 8.30am to 5pm with some flexibility if needed. Half hour for lunch. Good canteen and parking. 20 days holidays.
