This is a maternity cover contract for approx 8 months.
To efficiently process two monthly payrolls ensuring all deadlines are adhered to, all payments and deductions are correctly applied in compliance with statutory obligations.
In this role you will be required to process payroll for the group (including UK Payroll) and also process all employees expenses and time sheets. You will deal with all payroll and tax queries while completing maternity, social welfare and any other forms requested by employees.
You will be responsible for the administration of the Group VHI scheme, setting up new employees, making monthly deductions and reconciling the VHI account.
As payroll executive you will administer the groups pension scheme ensuring all reporting and payment deadlines are met and also reconcile and make payments for PAYE/PRSI on a monthly basis while preparing monthly balance sheet and monthly bank reconciliations.
Administration of other group schemes such as bike to work, death, disability and income protection will be part of your role as well as completing CSO forms and submit to the CSO office on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
For this role you will have IPASS qualification and experience in Micropay and advanced Excel. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and have excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of ROS with excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
