Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution company based in Dublin 12 is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their busy team.
This is a full-time permanent position.
40 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.50pm)
The successful candidate will be hard-working and looking for a new challenge in a busy environment. He/she will have excellent numerical skills with good attention to detail, be a reliable team player but also able to take responsibility and work on own initiative, be able to work under pressure and have strong communication skills and a polite phone manner.
Duties will include reconciliations, reviewing invoices and resolving queries, SAP, posting and recording payments, reception cover.
Experience in Accounts
Accounting qualification an advantage but not a necessity
