Our client, a leading medical and surgical sales company based in Dublin 12 is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a 1 year contract.
You will report to the Finance Manager and your duties will include : assisting with month end process, daily calls to customers, bank reconcilliations and preparation of invoices and statements. You will manager your own ledger of accounts and agree payment plans with customers alongside ensuring any outstanding monies due to the company are collected in a timely and efficient manor.
If you are a people-person with excellent communication and problem solving skills, have good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office and the ability to work individually and as part of a team, you could be the ideal candidate for this opportunity.
Minimum 2+ years experience in an Accounts role is essential for this position, experience in a similar role/industry is desireable but not essential.
