Senior Recruitment Consultant - Office Support & Operations
Role & Responsibility: Marie is responsible for recruiting Office support & Operations staff. Liaising with hiring managers, Marie will identify, screen and support candidates through the selection and onboarding process.
Background: An experienced recruitment consultant, Marie has been with Celtic Careers since 2014. She recruits administrative and clerical staff for many of our larger clients. Marie has been working in recruitment for the last 18 years and she is as passionate about her job as she was when she started in this industry. Marie is an accomplished solution orientated professional with strong relationship building skills and has a proven track record as a recruiter, previously recruiting across a broad range of divisions from Junior to Senior level positions and now specialises in Operations and Office support roles She has proven abilities in sourcing, establishing and maintaining proactive relationships with Clients, senior executives and professional staff. Marie has a Diploma in business Studies and is a certified Social Talent Black Belt in Internet Recruitment.
Training & Qualifications
Diploma in Business Studies from Rathmines College
Before starting in recruitment, Marie trained as a beauty therapist and worked in this area during her travels to Australia.
Marie has always been a big fitness enthusiast and in her 20s she entered a bodybuilding competition, which she came second in.
Nowadays, Marie keeps up her fitness by going on hikes around the Wicklow mountains with her family.
