Role & Responsibility: Sandra oversees the business and ensures Celtic Careers service is delivered to a high standard and will liaise with clients to ensure all their requirements are satisfied. Sandra manages and guides our team and is also responsible for Leadership & Executive Search.
Background: An experienced recruitment consultant, Sandra is the General Manager of Celtic Careers. Sandra comes from both a long in-house and agency recruitment background spanning 12 years. As General Manager, Sandra is responsible for Client and Candidate Strategy, continued promotion of Celtic Careers profile, and management of the day to day operations of the business. Skilled in Negotiation, Sales, Executive Search and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sandra is set to guide the Celtic Careers team through the businesses current period of growth and expansion. She holds an MBA from IBAT College and is a certified Social Talent Black Belt in Internet Recruitment. Sandra also holds a Certificate in Recruitment from the NRF.
Training & Qualifications
Sandra holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), which has a specialised focus on general, management and administration from IBAT College as well as a Certificate in Recruitment Practice from the National Recruitment Federation. She also studied Psychotherapy in DBS for a number of years.
Sandra is a real believer in Lifelong learning. Prior to attaining her Master’s Degree in 2016 Sandra studied Psychology and Psychotherapy and has a real interest in Philosophy and regularly attends Philosophy lectures. Sandra is looking for a new avenue of study as she finds learning and the discipline of studying a great way to keep the brain active. “Our heart glows, and secret unrest gnaws at the root of our being.
