Job Customer Services Representative
Salary €30K DOE
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for generating optimal outcomes for patients, clinicians and professional customers through solution orientated communication. You know dealing with patients sometimes requires sensitivity and always confidentiality.
You use your strong problem solving ability when resolving customer queries but sometimes you have to contact other relevant departments and the Shared Service Centre to find the resolution too.
You have excellent attention to detail and you accurately input customer and service data information into internal systems. You are so organized and always maintain filing of records and administration of customer related documentation.
You enjoy responsibility of the management of a number of Key accounts for specific customers and attending customer contract review meetings alongside the customer care manager.
You happily assist the Finance Department with credit control queries and you generate customer invoices when required. You even manage documentation for consolidated invoices and month end reports and review the same
You know you’re an integral part of the company that helps all teams. You are all united. You like supporting the Sales team and your always on the lookout for potential leads from customer. You enjoy the marketing administration tasks you get to do and the administrative support to the management team and other departments. It keeps the job really varied and you love that.
You like doing things as good as can possibly be done. You care continually looking for ways to improve how things are done including reviewing procedures and potential process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
You need to be experienced for this role - 3 years experience in a busy office based customer services position where you used customer related software package. In fact, it would be a plus for you if you have ever completed any customer services qualifications or training? But it is not essential
You have the best communication skills, you are courageous, authentic and you are completely customer orientated. That’s just who you are, and that is this company and it is why you love this job.
You have an excellent ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines. You want to be accountable and you like taking responsibility.
You are computer savvy and you have an excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
