Claims Officer with both fluent French and English or Arabic and English.

Claims Officer 
The role of Claims Officer involves processing medical claims for clients Internationally. Ensuring a high standard of customer service while processing claims. This role within the claims department is a very fast paced and challenging environment dealing with high volume cases , with many different languages used and a mixture of cultures.

Key Responsibilities 
-Process claims within the agreed company KPI's, and adjudicate each claim in accordance with company policy benefits to achieve company loss ratio targets
-Ensure accurate, transparent and efficient adjudication/investigation of each claim, ensuring timely follow-up of claims, to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
-Contribution to the team by meeting achieving personal and team targets
-Analyze and identify possible duplicate payments, non-disclosure and fraudulent claims in line with company policy
-Assisting with internal customer queries in a professional manner is required in order to produce cohesive relationships accross internal departments
-Other Ad hoc duties as required

Experience Required
-Previous experience in a customer service role, in an administrative capacity
-Experience working in to KPI's in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines 
-Fluency in English, Arabic and French is essential to this role

Technical Competencies
